I purchased a whiteboard from PNA. Did not, immediately attempt to mount it. I misplaced the purchase slip. When I tried to mount it, I had great difficulty in finding the correct positions for the *****s. After spending a lot of time, unsuccessfully, gave up and used the double-sided adhesive tape supp**** by Parrot. A few days later, the board fell off, the double-sided tape unsticking from THEIR product, not the surface I put it on. Parrot flatly refuse to deal with it as I cannot produce the PNA slip. PNA were not overly concerned and seemed unable to look for the card purchase. I found a purchase on my bank statement and submitted that to Parrot, who still refuse to accept responsibility. The BEST offer from Parrot is to replace the item. That is all very well, but, then I still have a bad product = no change. My opinion is that it is a Parrot product. It this their responsibility to fix it. PNA is merely an agent in the transaction, and not responsible for a bad product. Parrot are HAPPY to have been paid out of a 73 year old's savings, but unwilling to accept full responsibility for a bad product.
