I bought a laptop screen on Friday afternoon 6th Sep 2024 - The screen was NOT WORKING. I took it back Monday 9th and the lady helping started giving me excuses. SHe mentioned they will take the screen back to the suplier and the process takes minimum of 2days - I called on Thursday 12th Sep to check on the status and one guy mentioned that the supplier has exchanged the screen and noticed it was FACTORY FAULT. They mentioned it will be ready on the 12th after 3pm - I called 4pm and they started ignoring my calls. I called immediately with another number and they answered after they knew it was me, the lady then put me on hold saying that she is transferring me the person dealing with my issue. i was on hold for more than 6min. I called again asking to speak to speak to their Manager, she did the same thing and i was on hold for much longer. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
