They called me 9am that they will be delivering my order. 3:30PM when i call to answer how far they are - No one answers the calls. I have tried calling 010 003 4400 as well the number they used to call me in the morning. It rings and rings. I tried calling for over 30min with no success.
They delivery guy delivered my order at a wrong office - I was sent a PIN but it was still delivered to a wrong person without the driver asking for a PIN.
2 months of submitting and my case has not been finalized - I have changed my banking details, they requested supporting documents over 2months ago but NOTING has been done on it.
I was promised to get my REFUND on Monday Morning. And no refund made. When i conntact them via whtsapp, they do not reply.
I bought a laptop screen on Friday afternoon 6th Sep 2024 - The screen was NOT WORKING. I took it back Monday 9th and the lady helping started giving me excuses. SHe mentioned they will take the screen back to the suplier and the process takes minimum of 2days - I called on Thursday 12th Sep to check on the status and one guy mentioned that the supplier has exchanged the screen and noticed it was FACTORY FAULT. They mentioned it will be ready on the 12th after 3pm - I called 4pm and they started ignoring my calls. I called immediately with another number and they answered after they knew it was me, the lady then put me on hold saying that she is transferring me the person dealing with my issue. i was on hold for more than 6min. I called again asking to speak to speak to their Manager, she did the same thing and i was on hold for much longer. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS I called Mustek Midrand to get a price on a laptop screen and i was transferred to the parts department, Only 2 people work at that department (Refilwe and Natasha) and both of them never answered my calls - I called more that 5 times and the reception lady kept tranferring me. The 5th time i called, she said Refilwe just got back from the Toilet, she should be able to answer since she is back at her desk. But NO LUCK.
I called in on Thursday 27th June 2024 and asked if they have FENDER for my vihicle. Hilton (sales rep) said yes and they gave me a price. I made a call to to him on Friday morning to confirm payments and i sent him Proof of payment that morning (28th) ONLY after i send POP he comes back to me to say that part he has is not in stock as he thought it was. He will order one from his supplier and have it by Monday and he will make arrangements to have it delivered to me. I waited Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday, he tells me the order has only arrived now from his supplier and he sends me pictures. Only to find that the part he has is a wrong part and we confirmed numerous times before he ordered. I have all the proof on my WHATSAPP. Now i was frustrated because the panel beater has been waiting for this. I demanded a refund and till this day (7 days later) after making payment, i have not received my refund . i called other suppliers they have the exact part i want in store, i went there myself to see it, its even R250.00 cheaper. But now i cannot buy it because B+D auto spares have my money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
They Do not want to remove me off Debt review even after Paying up every account. I have paid up all the accounts and got a clearance letter but my credit still shows that i am still under debt review. It is annoying.
DISAPPOINTED I have been emailing and calling for my credit card paid up letter. But reply or no consultant can assist with a simple letter showing that i have paid up their damn account. REF: C-29165196 Very disappointed.
