im very disappointed with partmasters for their customer service as i purchased the battery laptop on the 6 November 2025 and only realized today 10 November 2025 when im doing a follow up to check the status of the delivery only realised the item is still at their office not delivered and the Ceo is not considerate to treat my issue in a special way for their *********** staff who never send the parcel timeously instead he is saying the part will be shiped tomorrow which is 5 days later and i don't think they fully understand what is customer service and to respect the Customer protection act
