Items Not Received - Refund Not Received - Email now Blocked

I ordered some items in August 2020, Some of the items were out of stock, so someone contacted me over whatsapp (082 803 2802) to replace some of the items.

I queried where my order was on the 19th Nov 2020, and was told that you will see where the delay was. No response after that. I queried again the 27th Nov and was told the package will be sent the following week.

No package was received. I then requested a refund… to which I am still waiting. Im just being told that “as soon as I hear anything I will let you know”

I then sent an email to complain, and i now get a undelivered mail, saying that my email address was blocked due to complaints
