Horrible experience with Take a lot. The worst is, you cannot even contact anyone, you cant get help on the app or website, the only thing you can do is fill in an online form where no one gets back to you, all other email addresses is an automated response, telling you to go back to the help center on the app/website where no one gets back to you. I had an item on my order that was cancelled over a week after placing order. The reason i got was that they cannot source stock, but the item is still available to order, you can add this to your cart and order it, but now its double the price.
I ordered some items in August 2020, Some of the items were out of stock, so someone contacted me over whatsapp (082 803 2802) to replace some of the items. I queried where my order was on the 19th Nov 2020, and was told that you will see where the delay was. No response after that. I queried again the 27th Nov and was told the package will be sent the following week. No package was received. I then requested a refund… to which I am still waiting. Im just being told that “as soon as I hear anything I will let you know” I then sent an email to complain, and i now get a undelivered mail, saying that my email address was blocked due to complaints
