Rude Lady owner
We had a very rude treatment from the two owners there especially Anelle. That was no way to talk to paying customers. My advice to prospective customers is to take your business elsewhere. We certainly wont go back there again.

Items Not Received - Refund Not Received - Email now Blocked
I ordered some items in August 2020, Some of the items were out of stock, so someone contacted me over whatsapp (082 803 2802) to replace some of the items. I queried where my order was on the 19th Nov 2020, and was told that you will see where the delay was. No response after that. I queried again the 27th Nov and was told the package will be sent the following week. No package was received. I then requested a refund… to which I am still waiting. Im just being told that “as soon as I hear anything I will let you know” I then sent an email to complain, and i now get a undelivered mail, saying that my email address was blocked due to complaints

What a waste of my valuable time. When people are in business but do not know that clients are the reason they are in business will soon find their doors closed. Derrick, I am assuming he is the owner because he had this extremely important BUT rude attitude. I wanted to place an order and support his hiring business but his agitated face spoke a thousands word. When I inquired about hiring 4 chafing dishes he said he has 90 booked out and will have to have a look...but made no effort whatsoever. A lady at the back suggested the oval dishes, this light bulb moment never crossed Derricks mind. I am sorry I wasted my time, I will happily take my business elsewhere

Friendly service in a pinch
<p>Decided on a Wednesday to have an impromptu party that Saturday. Lost a day being jerked around by another supplier in the area. Got hold of Derrick around closing on Thursday. Friendly, helpful, and as it turned out, cheaper. E-mailed my request, and had the quote Friday morning. Delivery and collection went off without a hitch. Happily referred my friend to them.</p>

Unfriendly & Bad Attitude seen as good service
I hired tables and chairs from them for a party on Saturday and I felt that they were very unfriendly. When I complain to them they come back with \ Hi what did we do wrong"when I explain what I was unhappy with their service and attitude (Booking not confirmed"
