Passport 2000 taking advantage

I was charged R460 by Rhonda of Passport 2000 for a passport renewal (their website advertises they que for you and do everything etc.)

I received a mail with instruction to go to Home Affairs and go to the front of the que as she did an online booking for me. Once there I sat for almost 3hrs waiting to do biometrics (nobody was queing for me like advertised).

Once the passport was ready for collection, she advised that I must go and collect it myself.

So in essence the website lies about queing for you and collecting docs for you, as well as the fact that they charge you money for making an online appointment, something that ANYONE can do, for FREE.
