Taking Money From A Pensioner!
It's been 6 months...we started asking for the receipts because we got tired of hearing how covid has put a hold on everything, something didn't seem right. We were told that the applications were submitted. We contacted home affairs ourselves to confirm because a few weeks of being told that 'you'll get copies of the receipts now'...and never receiving them made us anxious. We paid in advance for a service we didn't receive. Waited from February to August, only for us to call home affairs and be told that NO applications have been submitted? Where are our documents? More importantly...where is our money? I called to sort this out and was hung up on...because it's COVID...

Passport Link Pathetic Service
Not even worth the one star. Shabana from Passport Link makes promises she cannot keep up to. I was told by her a Police Clearance would take 10 working days to arrive. I have paid her upfront for this service and its now been a full month and nothing has come. She keeps saying check my postbox as if it will magically appear like an email. She never calls you back and refuses to take my calls or refund my money. She then goes onto say that I must give her a new set of fingerprints so she can redo it. What kind of business ethics are these???? She says she will call but never does. I am not the only one that she was extremely slow and unprofessional with. I will never use her again or recommend her. I will be complaining to Coastlands Hotel where she does business from as well.
