It's been 6 months...we started asking for the receipts because we got tired of hearing how covid has put a hold on everything, something didn't seem right. We were told that the applications were submitted. We contacted home affairs ourselves to confirm because a few weeks of being told that 'you'll get copies of the receipts now'...and never receiving them made us anxious. We paid in advance for a service we didn't receive. Waited from February to August, only for us to call home affairs and be told that NO applications have been submitted? Where are our documents? More importantly...where is our money? I called to sort this out and was hung up on...because it's COVID...
