Terrible product and service
Firstly the product is poor not to mention the service. I had ***** on my bank account and due to their debits not being mandated or debichecked they were reversed so when I noticed that I made a payment into their account then they tell me I need to pay for the defaulted debit bare in mind the debit did go off as it supposed to I did not have control over the reversal. Terrible product and service.

Outstanding care
I stumbled across Speed Surf while searching for a new ISP & I absolutely loved their AirFibre deals. I left a message to call me back as it was Christmas time, so I expected a call in the new year but nope, they contacted me 2 days after Christmas. I explained my situation that I was physically disabled, living in a care home & that I needed to be connected up urgently. They helped & guided me through the sign up procedure & were able to come around within the hour to set me up. I don't think they can do that all the time but I am so taken aback by their level of professionalism in wanting to help. Although I couldn't use their product due to tall trees in the area, I was & am so highly impressed at their commitment to outstanding customer care & taking the time to explain to me the cons involved with tall trees, that I rate them as one of the best customer cares that I have ever received in this country. Keep up the outstanding service Speed Surf & Thankyou so much for your care.

Pathetic Support from SpeedSurf
I joined onto an internet line some time last year. My sister had an existing contract in play with this company and I opted to join onto their line. When I joined I paid an installation fee to have the equipment set up and we communicated that the line speed would increase upon my joining. Its been months and we've been having issues with our line speed continuously. Whenever we raise it with the technical support we've been met with an arrogant attitude from their support staff. They've finally indicated that the routers we have are not capable of receiving the speeds that we had required, and yet they knew our speed requirements and installed in anyway. I'm infuriated and disgusted with the poor level of communication and customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone, as they are continuously beating around the bush and stringing us along and never responding for weeks on end.

Speed Surf really delivers
Hi there. I had major issues with my previous ISP And tried a few others. As our building does not have fibre optics my providers are limited. But I signed up with Speed Surf and can only say that I have had uninterrupted and no buffering since using them I would highly recommend using them. Very friendly and efficient service so far. I am a happy subscriber and hope others can have the same experience as we are having. Regards Bruce Jackson

Speed Surf really delivers

Stellar service and speed
For those in the Durban area, and who are looking for an ISP to provide them with an Internet connection without the need for the installation of permanent cables, give these guys a go. I am very happy with their service. They have rectified any problem timeously and with little fuss, and the Internet speed you receive is very close to what they promise you.
