Firstly the product is poor not to mention the service. I had ***** on my bank account and due to their debits not being mandated or debichecked they were reversed so when I noticed that I made a payment into their account then they tell me I need to pay for the defaulted debit bare in mind the debit did go off as it supposed to I did not have control over the reversal. Terrible product and service.
The Courier Guy has made problems for me ,they send emails of me being in arrears and they hold my parcel ,then once I deposit the arrears they say sorry i was not in arrears then i ask for my refund ,then they dont give me back ,instead , they put that money back to my Courier account and the only way I can use the money is to send another parcel . This is exactly how ****s work ,then when I ask for my refund, they threaten to delete my account.
Skynet is the worst company ever, their services are bad all round. I got an sms my package is out for delivery almost two weeks ago and still nothing. The call centre said the Durban branch is not picking up so their own company can't get in contact with them. It's absolutely disgusting the way they handle service delivery, these big businesses need to stop using them to deliver our goods because they suck. There are far better delivery services out there that are efficient.
Sars is worse than dealing with home affairs I been doing follow ups and escalations as to why my matter has gone way over the 21 working days mark without any solution and they don't even have an answer I am really sick of following up each time and getting nothing
Cosmetic Connection I have been trying to query about my outstanding items since April I was told it will be shipped end of April I have not received feedback or tracking information. You guys don't respond to WhatsApp, emails or social media and now you have disabled your contact number this is very unprofessional if that's the case just refund our money so we can look elsewhere. They have given me the run around for almost two months if they can't place our orders give me my money back. I tried calling, WhatsApping, emailing and connecting on social media and no response.
So I did not receive my food from ubereats I'm not sure if it was given to someone else or what but when I went out it no one was there and next thing it says its delivered and now they refusing to refund my money what bull**** is that.
Firstly the customer service sucks, query not being attended to, still no response from you guys even after follow up emails were sent then still have the audacity to send me a survey on services you didn't even get what kak is that. Then my initial complaint your huggies gold product sucks ever since the packaging and boys and girl fits have changed the quality is bad price went up but quality went down. Your nappies burnt my sons bum so badly its shocking yet I been so loyal to these nappies I have used them on all my kids. Including my baby now. Disgusting customer service and products.
So first I had an issue with DStv about my refund and them not wanting to refund my money. I did get the refund but not all the money nevertheless dstv decided to debit my account without my authorisation or concent and I don't even have a dstv account. Now I want my refund they tell me 14 working days now I enquire about it they first say it will be in my bank account soon it's processed. Then I ask again they say it hadn't even been authorised yet so what nonsense is that I must wait months but they quick to take my money.
Firstly DStv is already ripping us off with regards to their service as they repeat their shows and movies millions of times yet its so expensive but not even worth upgrading to other channels and now I know why people are switching to online TV because there is no variety. Now I paid DStv in error I do not own a DStv account so I contacted them for a refund and it was a huge procedure which I went through without complaints I sent the relevant documents and done that was required of me. I got a response that my money will be refunded within 3 working days but that did not happen I am capitec so my money reflects in a matter of hours whether its instant or not and still no money and I am so ****ed off. It was my error and I didn't complain going through the process but now when this happens and you guys don't stick to your procedures it ****es me off. I WANT MY MONEY.
This company claims to be the best but I have got nothing but terrible service from them firstly my phone kept switching off after having it under 3 months yet I did not plug not a thing into it besides connection to a charger. Secondly which brand new phone as a software issue after 3 months. Thirdly I first approached them about it and a service agent has the nerve to tell I cannot bring it back to be sorted out. Fourthly I go to the store they take my phone in and tell me up to 21 working days and now it's way over the time that was given when I do call the store the technician tells me there is no communication about the phone the managers aren't communicating with them and the courier service is delayed. That is not my problem I either want a new device or something because this is rediculous I have lost and used alot of money with these people.
