I purchased a Defy stove last year August from Makro Amanzimtoti. The plates rusted within the 1st week,I contacted makro and they sent someone out to polish the plates. The rust was back within 2 day. I have reported to Makro and Defy and nothing has been done to resolve this matter. I received calls from a guy named Clive promising that he was going to escalate this and still nothing to date. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED! MAKRO PLEASE COLLECT YOUR JUNK AND REFUND ME BECAUSE I'VE HAD ENOUGH IF YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE! My contact number is 0636254130.
There is always issues with their internet but they faithfully debit my account on the 26th of every month!

I purchased paint last year at Makro. I was unhappy with the Quality of paint which was replaced by Dulux. Dulux delivered the paint on the 5th of December 2023. I have been going to Makro every Monday since January this year which has costed me an exorbitant amount using Ubers. Makro eventually assited me on June the 16th 2024 and does not want to reimburse me for travel expense which was due to incompetence on their side. This is the worst service ever received from Makro.
I laid a complaint last year with Makro and Dulux regarding paint that I bought. Dulux had delivered the paint to Makro last year December. I have been up and down to Makro since last year paying R300 a time and they always said that they were waiting on Dulux even though Dulux had already delivered. I refused the paint and opted for a voucher. I am here once again at Makro and this issue hasn't been resolved. What is the issue Makro and who reimburses me for all the money wasted on Uber knowing that you guys have the paint aince last year. We now in June 2024 and nothing has been resolved,is this going to take another year to get resolved! I'm ****ed off and disgusted with this ****ty lack or service from you guys. I need this resolved today and I don't care if the people involved are not in due to the holiday because this is ongoing since November 2023.
Dulux has confirmed that you guys have my paint since last year December. What the hell is going on Makro and Bheki keeps making empty promises about calling me which still hasn't been done. This matter is going on since last year and I am highly frustrated with your pathetic service.
I submitted my settlement letter to Dulux on the 30th of November 2023 and to date they have not submitted the voucher to makro for my paint replacement. I have emailed all parties from Dulux on the 6th of May and still await feedback. What is really going on here?
I did an online order on the 7th of May and there was only a delivery slot for the 12th of May between 10am and 1pm. On the 8th of May they had a deliver slot for 7am to 9am and I called in and emailed to have my delivery moved to the 12th of May for the 1st delivery time slot. I was told that I would be contacted today which has not happened. I called again now and was told that my order was delivered to me. What is really going on?
I purchased Dulux paint on 23rd September 2023 and was told that I could wipe off dirt marks by the agent. The agent did not offer me a 3 in 1 but made me buy 2 different products. My painter confirmed that the paint is a matte finish, and you can not wipe off any marks. I went back to Makro Amanzimtoti on the 3rd of October and lodged a complaint to which I was told that an inspector would be in contact with me, but I have not received a call to date and have not received any assistance from Makro after emailing them my complaint.
