Toyota Boksburg

The service at Boksburg Toyota is the worse. Every time I take my vehicles there I must have an issue. Today I bought in one of my vehicles for service and seals replacement, nothing is done. The vehicle must go to secunda at 4 and they don’t even attend or let us know what’s their plan regarding this. Toyota South Africa must close the service dept of this branch.

We have a lady here who her engine cover was broken by the mechanics and they decided to put it like that. Is this how they are suppose to do business?

Boksburg Toyota must stop allowing students to do jobs which require people with experience. This thing of you not hiring and paying these kids R3500 to save costs is costing us as your customers. You guys need to do better. Today is the last day I’m taking my car to Toyota Boksburg/dunswart for service. This is BS
