I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint concerning a purchase of tyres from Hi-Q Tyres and Treadzone, manufactured by Mirage Tyres, which have proven to be defective and unsafe for use. Three months ago, I purchased eight (8) tyres from your outlets. Unfortunately, last week, I noticed that these tyres were exhibiting significant signs of damage. One tyre has already exploded, and six others are showing dangerous bubbles and tearing. Such severe defects in a relatively short period of time indicate a fundamental flaw in the product, which raises serious concerns about its quality and safety. Upon discovering these defects, I contacted IQ Tyres, who advised me to bring the vehicles in so that a representative from Mirage Tyres could inspect the tyres, take pictures, and initiate a claim for replacement. However, when I visited the service center, the Mirage Tyres representative stated that they would only replace the tyres that were visibly damaged, including the one that had exploded. They refused to replace the remaining two tyres, which, though not yet visibly damaged, are part of the same defective batch. Shockingly, I was advised to continue using the damaged tyres until the claim is processed, putting the lives of my passengers at significant risk. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. The safety of my passengers is paramount, and I cannot, under any circumstances, continue to use tyres that are clearly unsafe. The suggestion that I should continue driving with these defective tyres until the claim is processed is both negligent and irresponsible. Furthermore, given a previous incident where individuals posing as bank representatives took one of my vehicles—resulting in its disappearance and the bank denying any knowledge of these individuals—I took the precaution of photographing the vehicle disc of the Mirage Tyres representative. I am extremely frustrated with being continuously victimized by untraceable individuals and companies. The root issue here extends beyond my individual experience. It is about the broader problem of allowing substandard, potentially counterfeit products to be sold to the public. This is not just a matter of consumer dissatisfaction; it is a matter of public safety. If these defective products are not removed from the market, it is only a matter of time before they cause a major accident. And when that happens, the blame will not fall on the companies responsible for selling these defective products—it will fall on the driver of the vehicle.

The service at Boksburg Toyota is the worse. Every time I take my vehicles there I must have an issue. Today I bought in one of my vehicles for service and seals replacement, nothing is done. The vehicle must go to secunda at 4 and they don’t even attend or let us know what’s their plan regarding this. Toyota South Africa must close the service dept of this branch. We have a lady here who her engine cover was broken by the mechanics and they decided to put it like that. Is this how they are suppose to do business? Boksburg Toyota must stop allowing students to do jobs which require people with experience. This thing of you not hiring and paying these kids R3500 to save costs is costing us as your customers. You guys need to do better. Today is the last day I’m taking my car to Toyota Boksburg/dunswart for service. This is BS

I don’t know when is sa taxi gonna start treating customers with respect lack of a better word. we cant make an arrangement, then you call again to ask me about the same arrangement which I've been paying. I will have customer care people from calling and when I answer the phone they don't speak. They keep and when say hello hello nothing they drop the call then send you an SMS saying this is afinal notice how can it be a final notice when there's an arrangement in place which is been honoured and when you call for whatever reason, maybe you guys are bored you don't answer or you don't talk how come? I said before I don't blame SA Taxi for the way it behaves. I blame us as the owners black taxi owners they behave like this because they know that they have us by the ***** and then there's nothing we can do if we felt because I feel a lot of people complain here on this app, even on Twitter, if we didn’t like how they treat us we should come together and say you know what let's create our own way of financing, they are the only ones who treat us like this I have taxis which I bought same time using banks. Same time as SA Taxi, but I don't get calls as much as I get from sa taxi. We have been having issues with the school since term 1. A meeting was called and the school didn’t give us a way forward about the issues we have. Here are the issues can someone come back to us with a way forward because this is not the way to do things. Children being failed because 1. The teacher said the learners were making noise/unruly 2. Teachers keep resigning and the new ones fail the kids because “he/she didn’t get papers/documents from the previous teacher. 3. Topics on exams/tests were not covered by the teachers. Why are we paying school fees if teachers are not going to do their jobs? Is it for the school retain our kids? 4. Intervention don’t happen because teachers don’t pitch up It's funny how you only interested in the curro brand when it comes to fake websites but not concerned at all that teachers are failing our kids for stupid reasons and that curro allows teachers to fail learners because you (curro) can't maintain teachers. Shouldn't you be concerned with us (parents) who pay you guys month in and month out to have our kids fail without a valid reason. When asked the school gave us some reasons which don't make sense. It's ok demoralise paying children? Your brand is on the edge because of your practices. Your priorities are misplaced Get your act together
