I bought a new gasket set from Toyota springs using the Vin number. But unfortunately the parts didn't match I then provided the engine number but the salesman failed to supply using the engine number. I then opted to return the gasket set and opted to exchange for other parts. That day I was told that the other part was not in stock I can only collect the following day. But later the story changed. The manager is not here he is the only one who can authorize. I went there more than 5 times. I finally asked to speak to the manager myself they called him and he promised that by Friday he will have finalized the process with Toyota SA. Up to now no word from Toyota springs. I have traveled from Devon to Springs 6 times which is 38km one way times 12. I need to know after I get the part's what will be my total cost for those parts because I have spend more on traveling. I hope Toyota SA will help me solve this problem because I have failed to get help from the Dealership.
