l bought a card machine through Ricardo their representive .l did the purchase on Friday and l was told l will receive my machine on Monday up to now no word from ikhokha.and even the demo to show me how to load my products on their devise never happened. I have been trying to get hold of Ricardo buy he's now ignoring my calls the same machine lm replacing the same thing happend again. I think its their way to lure customers to buy while they know that they are not telling you the truth. My business has lost sells since last week. They can even check my profile. This is my last time to buy from ikhokha lm now thinking of using Yoco because of the way ikhokha treat Customers. Last time it was Tando now its Ricardo. So it looks like the company has a hand in it. Because it cant be happening always and different staff members
I did a referral to miway and l was promised R1000 If the client has pay 3 months premiums up to know its almost 6 months . every time l call they say the department will call you you not allowed to talk to them on the phone and they never called. what shocks me is that at first I was told that the money will be paid direct in your account . so to me i have decided to make these public for the world to know that Miway is making false promises . Im now afraid that my accident cover with them is going to pay my family if I die in a accident ????. Because if they was a reason of not paying out . why they never tried to call me because i have called twice but no feedback.
I booked the courier guy to pick up my parcel today waybill #WQNB9N. Before I booked the sender gave me go ahead since the order was ready to be picked up. To my surprise I received a message from courier guy saying that the parcel was not ready. I called the sender they were surprised because no one from courier guy went to attempt to collect the order. I then called courier guy to instruct the driver to go and pick up the parcel since the company was still open for the next 30min but the lady I was talking to by the name Cameron refused to assist I then requested to speak with the manager Nia he also refused to talk to me saying that I must send him a email. This is not my first time experiencing such issues with the courier Guy. And everytime Niaz refuses to attend to my complaints everything is in record and I will be happy to get the tracking report from the company if they went to pick up my order and I will apologize. I think it's now high time Mr Stephen Gleisner knows what is going on with the operations. I'm running a business and I loss because of unreliable service provider. Everytime I raise a complaint it fails on deaf ears. It's better to make my review published openly because I have heard enough of this treatment. My parcel was surpose to be delivered tomorrow. I don't know if I will get it tomorrow or I will have to lose another day again? I hope Niaz will be able to put his house in order otherwise Courier Guy will loose lots of money because of unprofessional leadership.
i booked a shipment on 11/06/24 with reference number F6QH9X. On my institutions they was a name of the person who was suppose to give the driver the parcel and the driver did not follow the instructions.but wrote a **** statement that the order was not ready. I then call Truck Busters where the collection was and said that no one came to the relevant person as per instructions. I called the courier guy help centre and they called to confirm if my story was true but unfortunately the call cut off. I called again and spoke to Shawn I failed to get assistance and the manager Neil also refused to entertain me.and its not the first time this has happened to me. The manager is not even caring about the customers. I occurred a loss because I had to look for another courier to collect my parcel. The inconvenience caused by Courier Guy tarnish my bussines because my customers loose faith in me
The service I'm getting from C&J Services in Boksburg is very very poor. You order stock which is in the warehouse you get it after 3 day's. You come first 4 people from big companies come you go last minimum wait period is 1 hour. You complain to the management it's like you talking to a wall I don't know if the sales person and the manager is related. I got to a stage where the sales person told me to go and report where ever I want he can even give me the Bosses number he's not afraid of of anything. This has been going on since the whole of 2023. I hope the management of C&J services will be able to come and see what's going on in Jhb. I'm a customer with a small business but being undermined like a small boy yet I'm not getting the stock for free is something disappointing. All three of them in the offices at that branch. Their behavior is the same. They even choose to save customers by race. If your cameras are working please go through them. Big companies should lead by example. The company could be big but it got there because of customers. No customer is big or small. Even C&J started small.
I took a truck for I took my truck I took my truck to Mayfair gearbox in germiston 4 Gear selection problems and the truck was fixed then the problem with the payments because the both the client didn't pay in time so the truck stayed there for sometime after finishing paying instructed my service advisor to start the truck for me so that you when you come and pick it up it will be ready but to my surprise the service advisor told me that the truck is not starting then I asked him is it the problem of the batteries so that I can buy new batteries then she said no will swap the batteries but the truck is not starting I said I will come because when I drove the truck there it was starting and when you guys finished you said you tested everything the truck is running properly then I asked you a question that now you if you are saying that I must told the truck from your premises how is it gonna work because this truck was running if we find out that something is missing there on the truck on what who is going to be responsible then from there I never got any answer from the service repair advisor I didn't try to call the Boss 4 Mayfair no reply send my message no respond I tried to phone again no response I tried to phone them other manager there no response so I don't know how am I gonna get the truck was now I was supposed to get the truck after a holiday that was on there 20 seconds if I'm not mistaken up to now or no respond from if I don't know what kind of service is it because I've paid the truck in full and I'm not getting my truck back and my truck is not starting and I'm trying to call them no one is responding to me I don't knows that professional service or what and this is not my first time to be on this platform with the same company again I hope after this complain maybe they will respond I don't know cuz my truck now was just standing for the whole week or more because I cannot take a drug which is not starting yet when it came there it was starting who supposed to be responsible for sight if there's anything which is missing or what may be the cause of it not starting last time I brought again another truck there the catwalks which covers on top of the gear box went missing and was promised that they will replace them or send with the driver that is been in years now they never bring those covers so I think there's something wrong with me feel over there under mind customers depending who you are
I bought a swipe machine on the 19th of May 2022. Up to now I have not received the machine. The consultant THANDOE MKHIZE. is not honest at all. The way she was calling me before I did the payment was amazing. After the payment she never called me again. I'm the one who's calling her and she keeps saying that I will come back to you now let me not waste your airtime. And she doesn't call back. Yesterday Friday 27th she ended up not giving me an answer after she said that she has taken the complain to her manager. Up to now I haven't heard from her. I even told her that her service is very poor. I think she needs to go for serious training. I think ikhokha is also taking customer's for granted because if you advertise that 1-3 working days and it's now 12 working day's. I don't know if I paid to the correct company or it's a scam? I have made a huge loss for the past 2 weeks and I don't know how I will cover my loss. I have bills to pay month end and ikhokha has nothing to lose. I don't know if ikhokha has it's clients at heart or not. I'm even worried if our monies is going to be safe and paid on time. With what I have experienced.
We have a family policy in my wife's name as a policy holder.. My father in law passed on on the 28th of March 2022. We called the call center and they said that they will be someone who will call you back. After seeing that we were not being called. I decided to go to Benoni branch when we got there a lady who was on the front desk attended to us she took us to the consultation room and told us that our policy qualifies for a coffin and 2 family car's, a tent and chair's. Plus a car that will come and pick one family member to go and book the grave. If we need programs we will need to pay an additional cost of R550. We will was the body on our own. If we need a photo it's additional cost. When I asked her to check if the coffin we wanted is available. I was told that I will be charged consultation fees because I am asking too much. We then left after arranging for them to pick up the body. When I got home and checked the policy all those things which I was told that I have to pay additional fees are covered by the insurance. I then logged a complain with the head office. And it took me the whole day to get my problem resolved. Before that our burial was postponed because the driver with the documents arrived at 17:30 instead of 12 pm as promised and the municipal could not give us the booking for Friday. We heard to postpone and we had family members coming from outside the country. I had to make hotel bookings which was an expense out of our budget because of unprofessional service from 21st century life. This whole experience shows that they're so many families being duped by this branch if clients pay extra fees where is the money going to 21st century or to the staff member. And to my surprise the lady who was doing this to us is the branch manager. Taking advantage of venerable people who will be confused about the loss of the their loved ones. We all like money but not from berived families. I hope 21st century life will address this issue with no fear or favor. I hope if there are families who where made to pay what they were covered for get a full refund from where ever the money went to.
I wrote a complain about the service at Toyota Springs and up to now I have not get any response from the Dealership. I don't know if I am going to get my refund or not? The bad part of this is that I returned the wrong part's and the invoice I was not given document to show that I have returned the parts and it is making me worry about it. Toyota is a big brand I didn't expect such service from the dealership.
