They don't even deserve a star at all. I booked in a Toyota prestige last year for a service in 2024 between the 10th and the 15 December. Later that faithful day I was told that the engine had ceased I got a quotation to replace the engine for over 170K. I asked them more about engine replacement I was told if I get the new engine they will charge labour over 8K give or take. They also need to strip the old engine and take some parts. It didn't make sense at all as the stripping the old engine for part to use in the new one. My brother is not a mechanic but he thought their diagnosis was untrue and unfounded He called my nephew from Mpumalanga he is a mechanic. He told me the gasket is damaged he bought the new one and put it in and the car engine started and until today the car's engine is in perfect condition. As a result I lost revenue If the diagnosis provided was true my warranty could have covered for the replacement of the gasket. Thank you Team Hello Peter

I am renting a car with Pace Car Rental, during the time of service I recommended Pat Hindes in Springs, there for the car was booked for service, after I received the Car back on my way back home, I overheard funny sound coming from the front wheels, I ignored thinking maybe that's how it should sound after the services, a week later the sound became worse, only to find out that Pat Hindes did not replace the pads during the service, yet they claimed from Pace, in my opinion I think they did not care to replace because it was a rental car, i just want to warn the public that be careful of pat Hindes they don't prioritise safety of the clients. and i would not recommend anyone to service their cars at Pat Hindes

I took my car to service and after the car just had problems…Toyota springs made some damages nd I want them to com toe the car nd fix it or bring back my money because the have never had problems before it went to Toyota so what they did it’s a bad ..

I wrote a complain about the service at Toyota Springs and up to now I have not get any response from the Dealership. I don't know if I am going to get my refund or not? The bad part of this is that I returned the wrong part's and the invoice I was not given document to show that I have returned the parts and it is making me worry about it. Toyota is a big brand I didn't expect such service from the dealership.

I bought a new gasket set from Toyota springs using the Vin number. But unfortunately the parts didn't match I then provided the engine number but the salesman failed to supply using the engine number. I then opted to return the gasket set and opted to exchange for other parts. That day I was told that the other part was not in stock I can only collect the following day. But later the story changed. The manager is not here he is the only one who can authorize. I went there more than 5 times. I finally asked to speak to the manager myself they called him and he promised that by Friday he will have finalized the process with Toyota SA. Up to now no word from Toyota springs. I have traveled from Devon to Springs 6 times which is 38km one way times 12. I need to know after I get the part's what will be my total cost for those parts because I have spend more on traveling. I hope Toyota SA will help me solve this problem because I have failed to get help from the Dealership.
