The service I received from the service manager is outstanding, assisting me from day one from sourcing the parts and providing options available for me because I could not afford the new alternator. I have my car back and I am so happy with the overall service. Also helping with diagnosis of that of the parts of the car that needs urgent attention. A huge thanks goes to Gugu Nkosi. I go to FD every Tuesday they have nice bargain. One day I wanted to try their sushi this nice lady pity I forgot her name she was very helpful and patient as I kept asking questions and you could hear from her voice and facial expressions how much she enjoys helping and also take pride in her work. In general I found their stuff exceptional they hand over pamphlet help you with a trolley, up selling their products. Keep it up. Thanks Team FD Germiston
I bought a belly ring. Silver appealing to the eye. When I got home I sterilized it before wearing it. A couple of days later I felt some discomfort and it was persistent, I decided to remove it and it became septic and eventually it tore open and I was left without a piercing.
They don't even deserve a star at all. I booked in a Toyota prestige last year for a service in 2024 between the 10th and the 15 December. Later that faithful day I was told that the engine had ceased I got a quotation to replace the engine for over 170K. I asked them more about engine replacement I was told if I get the new engine they will charge labour over 8K give or take. They also need to strip the old engine and take some parts. It didn't make sense at all as the stripping the old engine for part to use in the new one. My brother is not a mechanic but he thought their diagnosis was untrue and unfounded He called my nephew from Mpumalanga he is a mechanic. He told me the gasket is damaged he bought the new one and put it in and the car engine started and until today the car's engine is in perfect condition. As a result I lost revenue If the diagnosis provided was true my warranty could have covered for the replacement of the gasket. Thank you Team Hello Peter
I have to rate 5stars for the stuff at identify tsakane mall. The store is one of those that you cannot pass even if you don't want to purchase. Friendly helpfull not to mention the cashier great personality I wish I knew his name if they have name tags please store manager encourage them to wear their tags. Keep up the great service.
It was the 29 July went to the shop Eloff street pick up few items on special went to the till I have one of those all cards not sure what the problem was for some reason it "decline" was in hurry decided I will pay cash and i was also waiting for my nephew to confirm the sizes. The young lady at the till point politely onfirms me while await she will call the head office she did so it took a about 5min give or take she handed the phone to me to confirm personal info and it was sorted. Pitty I had forgotten her name.To the store manager you have a great employee
All started well like before. Made a booking online received an sms confirming my appointment and also a phone. I went in on the 13 August on my arrival I gave a lady my card to my surprised I was told they is something wrong with my insurance far l will able to assist me, "fare enough" It is not the first time visiting the carnival from my knowledge before the confirmation they make sure that all is fine they can proceed and confirm my booking. The lady assited me made a copy so she can contact my health insurance and find out some information so we can reschedule she insisted after telling her there's no need will contact them. I felt it could have been handled better firstly the lady who confirmed my app didn't feel it was the right thing to speak to me personally whilst in the shop not even call me thereafter. Also the lady whom were to call the insuarance never called until this day I have not heard from specs savers.
I recently joined the bank I battled to download after I have deleted the app from one device I called spoke to about 3 give or take "consultant they couldn't assist me. Best last call made Minna Maila she it took almost half an hours because she wanted to make sure we get every right and sorted she has so much patience and you could tell by the tone of her voice and can feel her smile over the phone. She also helped me out to active my card. I appreciate you lady. Keep it up
hellopeter, I am disappointed I send an email cancelling my scratch and dent on the 17 September think the debit will not go off as the email was sent on time, to my surprise it went off. I send another email querying the debit order and ask for re-fund auto reply saying a consultant will call me no phone call was received or response as why my account was debited. I need my account to be credited as it is the right thing to do.
