I received a call from the call centre asking about the account and I raised several RED FLAGS and I would like this addressed IMMEDIATELY.
Discovery Paid R1691.70 Vermaak/Landau Claims to receive: R1367 Vermaak/Landau Settlement: R1624.22
Based on what Discovery Paid and what Vermaak/Landau received does not match and there is R257.22 unaccounted for.
I have ATTACHED the proof of payment from Discovery and other RELEVANT documentation.
Your response in this matter is needed to address what seems to be *****ulent and incorrect activity.

Incorrect ICD10 codes get constantly used. The sad thing is the public just accepts, pays the bills and moves on, allowing Vermaak and Partners to just carry on.
