Purchase a patio table in Nov 2024 - On delivery it was damaged (3 different places) They could not replace immediately as there was no stock. I agreed to have it replaced in Feb when stock arrived. Replacement now delayed to possibly April - very poor service. If you cannot replace the exact item you should offer an alternative. To wait more than 6 months for an exchange is unacceptable. Please consider before purchasing items from them . They are expensive - therefore you expect quality products and service. I have asked for Head Office Management to make contact with me. However that still has not happened. In the meantime I have to cover the damage with a tablecloth after paying R00 K for a patio table!!
