Purchase a patio table in Nov 2024 - On delivery it was damaged (3 different places) They could not replace immediately as there was no stock. I agreed to have it replaced in Feb when stock arrived. Replacement now delayed to possibly April - very poor service. If you cannot replace the exact item you should offer an alternative. To wait more than 6 months for an exchange is unacceptable. Please consider before purchasing items from them . They are expensive - therefore you expect quality products and service. I have asked for Head Office Management to make contact with me. However that still has not happened. In the meantime I have to cover the damage with a tablecloth after paying R00 K for a patio table!!
Such bad service from the technical department. After waiting a week the technician arrived to repair the washing machine, without the parts as requested when I logged the fault. Nothing was done and he left. I have been trying to get hold of a manager or supervisor to discuss this poor service. This is not possible as you cannot lay a complaint over the telephone. Their call centre can only escalate and you have to wait again until the technician is back in your area. This is THE WORST SERVIce EVER. They take advantage of your patience and kindness.
Shocking service to a business account. Continually loosing connection to the tower. Logged plenty of calls and complaints as this only happens at the office. Their latest excuse is. Too many users connect to the tower's therefore if I want a better connection I have to purchase a booster at my costs. Apparently its not their fault. I cannot understand why I should be held responsible for their lack of signal towers. We cannot even switch over to another service provider as we are legally bound by contract.
No customer service and not interested in looking for missing email. Four emails to customer service as well as four telephone calls. Still no assistance, Money was deposited into my account from a Nedbank account. The money shows that it has left the Nedbank account but almost two weeks later the money has still not shown into my ABSA credit card account. Nedbank as they cannot assist and that it is up to ABSA bank. And all they ask for his email and more emails. I am so disappointed and really sorry I moved my bond from Nedbank to ABSA,
<p>We signed a contract for fibre installation with Vox telecom in September 2016. At the time of researching information their sales department was extremely helpfull and provided all the answers to our questions. They also promised that should we decide to cancel the contract we may do so at any time just as long as it is before the actual fibre line is installed. This was a selling point to us as as we were not too sure where our compnany was going at that stage. Now 5 months later we have cancel the contract due to financial reasons. I have been struggling to get assistance assistance or any answers from Vox Telexom since 21 Feb 2017. They do not return calls or respond to my emails asking for the procedure to cancel the contract. I have spoken to 2 people in the Cape Town sales department and has also left a message for their manager to call me as he is never availabe. Still no assitance or any answers. It is very disappointing that their service standards can drop to such low standards once they have got you in their pocket. Please every one be carefull - their promises are all empty.</p>
<p>I have been trying to cancel my services with Adt since the 13th June 2016. Still no luck. Im suppose to receive a confirmation email of my request - still nothing (7 days later) - I have emailed my cancellation to them twice. Today I phoned 3 times. Thinking that if I speak to a manager I might make some progress. W ell I was wrong - still I just get handed over to yet another person. Spoke to a Manager - he promised to help - he just gave it over to another Development Manager - who was so incredible rude and very ubrupt. Then I phone again left yet another message for his manager - was once again left with a promise that she would phone me back. Still no call - no email. Their staff make mistakes that I have to pay for - it seems that if their staff miss inform their customers - its OK - the customer must just keep quite pay. Ive never come across so many people from the same company that simply just dont care about you.....I am now more than ever eager to cancel my services with them. All I have left to say is before you choose your security company please speak to your neighbours and all around you to make sure their customer servicce is up to the standard you desire. I made a mistkae - please dont do the same!!!!</p>
