Payoneers' unprofessional support

Hi, i am hoping ot get Support from Ebay with this complaint.

I have for the past 2 months trying to get my account verifed by Payoneer, i have been luckily enough to receive responses from their support team, but i keep on getting told that "i will ensure your account is activated' and then never hear from that person again until you log another complaint. The fact that Payoneer controls the usage of Ebay accounts and that they are not helpful enough to resolve simple issue's, secondly its difficult to get hold of Ebay's support team to complain about Payoneer's unwilliness and unprofessionlism.
