I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Payspace. Yesterday was the final day of my grace period for submitting the EMP501, and I will now incur penalties due to the lack of support. I logged a query and followed up multiple times via email and phone, yet no solution was provided. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the owner of the ticket would contact me, and 26 hours have passed with no feedback.
Please address this matter urgently. 808860
