I have since put in a flood claim in December 2025, the claim is still not fully settled going in to March. Every day when I follow up I’m told the person handling the matter will contact me. Chose you insurance wisely
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Payspace. Yesterday was the final day of my grace period for submitting the EMP501, and I will now incur penalties due to the lack of support. I logged a query and followed up multiple times via email and phone, yet no solution was provided. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the owner of the ticket would contact me, and 26 hours have passed with no feedback. Please address this matter urgently. 808860
I paid for my rates and tax bill on the 21st of April 2025. I account has since been blocked. The service is extremely poor, call centre agent are extremely rude. I can buy electricity for over 7 days since the payment was done.
I loaded my account 3 days ago, t contact the chat call centre several times with no help. They read and keep quiet.
Good day I made a payment on the 27 of July 2023, to a game account, and they didn't allocate the payment on the date of payment and still charged me interest. Whe I enquired this is what they say"Good morning Ms.Rofhiwa Khampha, Thank you for your email, Kindly be advised the payment made 27/06/2023 of R 2910.00 was received but was allocated to your account after statement month end ,therefore will reflect in your next statement month end 10/08/2023. I don't understand how I'm liable for the interest, when I have paid on time.
Why would my salary on the app be less by 1000 and on the SMS is correct ? When I open my App this morning my salary was less by 1000 but the SMS I got is right?
Next week Thursday will mark exactly 3months since I put in a claim. I see a lot of unpaid claims queries from old mutual's side. i am very disappointed with old mutual, I will never recommend or use old mutual ever.
I am divorced, and I have sent a court order to claim from Old mutual for the 50% share. I have made several calls to 0860607000, I manage to Speak to 2 different agents Thobile and Marcie they told me they are escalating my query because for some reason its closed ( Meaning resolved) . In most cases my calls are cut or they cant hear me. I an very unhappy with their services and how they don't like attending to claims .
I have been a loyal client of standard bank for over 10years now, an using all their resources including credit card. Today i contacted the to negotiate for my interest as i have been paying a very high interest with them. they told me the is no such thing as negotiating for interest, in a very rude way.
