I am very disappointed with the level of support I’ve received so far. I’ve been struggling to capture some of the employees’ KPIs for the appraisal process. This is our first time using this service, and despite sending several emails requesting assistance, I keep receiving the same responses with no clear explanation of who within the company I should contact for help.
I am the superuser and handle all employee related processes however, I’ve been informed that my email address is not recognised as a company level user, which I don’t understand.
The appraisals are due tomorrow, and I’m unable to proceed because I haven’t received the necessary support. I’m also unable to call for help email is my only contact channel.
Please escalate this matter urgently so that I can complete the appraisal process on time.
