I am very disappointed with the level of support I’ve received so far. I’ve been struggling to capture some of the employees’ KPIs for the appraisal process. This is our first time using this service, and despite sending several emails requesting assistance, I keep receiving the same responses with no clear explanation of who within the company I should contact for help. I am the superuser and handle all employee related processes however, I’ve been informed that my email address is not recognised as a company level user, which I don’t understand. The appraisals are due tomorrow, and I’m unable to proceed because I haven’t received the necessary support. I’m also unable to call for help email is my only contact channel. Please escalate this matter urgently so that I can complete the appraisal process on time.
We bought an 80-inch TV, but when we switched it on at home, the display was covered in lines and showed no images. We tried to return it to the store, but they wouldn't take it back. I've been trying to reach the main office, but no one is picking up the phone!!
A Vodacom consultant upgraded my contract without my consent. i called Vodacom to rectify this problem I spoke to Lu****a Hlomza who promised to get back to me m still waiting, and my bill is crazy high because of this upgrade.
I bought boots and the heel was cracked, I've sent several messages to Zando to date I have not received any feedback.
My sister passed away the 21st 2021of August and I'm still waiting for Prosper Funeral Solutions to pay. The claim was submitted in September 2021.
Dr. M Manyoni & Sister Glenda, i don't even know were to start. I've been to hospitals before including Netcare Mulbarton Hospital but this time i received more than medical attention, i think God planned this for sister Glenda and Dr Manyoni to be on duty. I'm grieving my sisters sudden death, explaining my situation to them they wore new hats, i started off loading to sister Glenda you will swear she was briefed before meeting me, she took me through her journey and give me tools to maneuver mine. Dr Manyoni wanted to make sure i leave the hospital without doubts and anxiety. he had a solution for everything i was telling him. thank you so much guys, thank you for be being passionate about your calling. My sister was a member at Prosper Funeral Solutions, she passed away the 21st August 2021. i submitted the funeral claim first week of September i have not received any feedback to date. She was a single mother of 3 young kids
I lodged a complain the 6th July to date I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what is the problem with my debit order. I've been transferred from consultant to another. no results!!!!!! If my policy get cancelled because of this debit order saga!!! i will take legal steps...this is unacceptable
My debit orders for FNB Life are bouncing and i have money in my account. nobody is giving me any answers, i have called FNB 100 times... can someone please do something!!!! I'm not getting any help every single consultant is giving me excuses...load shedding this, the other consultant didn't do it right, i see i march we tried to fix it!!!!
