Firstly the activation was extremely slow. Then when you have a foreigner as support, make sure their accent does not interfere with their explanations as my Nigerian support staff was difficult to follow when we were online.
I think the final straw for me was getting a list of things they could not find on my website and then when I told them Idont have a website, I was informed that when I get a website I need a whole lot of things on it. I have no intention of getting a website, so then they can take their service and I want nothing to do with them.
