Paystack is a horrible customer choice.
Worst customer service experience, this company review process is absurd, the request what I not their landing page. Waist customers time with their approach, they only tell you at review stage you need website and on the platform ist social media rather.Not here to ask the African continent those idiots.

This forms part of our standard compliance and onboarding requirements, and unfortunately we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy.Once your website or online presence is set up and publicly accessible, please feel free to reach out again. 18 Feb 2026, 01:03Grace Nnabungu failed to clarify that they meant social media account and not website. You sent an folllow up email saying you are clear and transparent , which is not true. I strongly believe a lot organizations are making customers suffer the same fate. A social media account and website are not the same. Be specific and save customer the trouble.
