Worst customer service experience, this company review process is absurd, the request what I not their landing page. Waist customers time with their approach, they only tell you at review stage you need website and on the platform ist social media rather.Not here to ask the African continent those idiots.
Worst behavior I still don't have my refund.Seems as if they live off mistakes. Worst customer service experience. No accountability. Want to work there and just do nonsense very nice place. Inconsistent information same company.
CISCO along with NetAcad refuse to assist me in retrieving my certificate, I have tried reaching out to customer service manager with no luck, this is such a horrible experience after all the hard word and effort. I will never use those platforms again in future and be advised they don't assist their customers.
Follow up, at this point and am certain Telkom hates its prepaid customers , am still experiencing network problems and they haven't concluded with my last complaint .
Telkom hasn't been able to provide me the data I purchased in full,It always says no connection even on their all networks purchases although using dual Sim I can see networks is available from other service provider. Telkom claims they cannot atleast reimburse me for the time lost during the no connection state even if am able to provide proof that from 1am- 7am I had no connection. I am student. What makes it worse is I was borrowed Telkom contract Sim card which gave me no issues, Telkom is taking prepaid customer for fools as far as all networks is concerned.
My company has been trying to sort annual returns for over almost a year the agents at SARS don't provide sufficient information, it makes it look as its deliberate that my company doesn't want to submit, yes there are instances where I 'may' have been at fault and some agent tried their best but overall the process is a mess, systems aren't reliable, it's horrible right through, bad service, bad approach, so frustrating try to interact with that department, rude people attending appointments no consideration just pay us approach. I hate my overall experience with SARS..
ITT Couriers Mthatha branch just called to ask instead of being informed about my delivery ,ITT Couriers also suggested that I try get someone to come pick my delivery at Mthatha after their employee forgot one digit of my cellphone number.
The Pro Shop has given the worst customer service for a person trying the online service for the first time.I ordered an item and The Pro Shop has failed to deliver on their eta.Never made any efforts to communicate after eta period.Pathetic services from The Pro Shop.I don't want use their services ever again.
Aramex are a bad service provider that has kept me waiting for a delivery which was expected on Tuesday 11 October, they called yesterday after I nagged their partners to say the delivery would be made today but haven't lived up to that promise. What a bad experience.
