CISCO along with NetAcad refuse to assist me in retrieving my certificate, I have tried reaching out to customer service manager with no luck, this is such a horrible experience after all the hard word and effort. I will never use those platforms again in future and be advised they don't assist their customers.

<p>I have a complaint about Cisco tests,being familiar with Comptia (reviewing and going back to your question/answer) ,No one informed me to check and make sure of the answer as i will not be able to go back and review or correct a mistake nor will you be able to see all the question at the end to go through a last time.So with that i have failed with a slight 7 points (one or two questions)</p> <p>I will tell you how this ****3d me off! So doing my test today i noticed at question 33 that i made a mistake earlier on 2-3 questions and would like to go back and rectify ..Then noticed Cisco/Pearson Vue does not allow you to fix a mistake(No 2nd chances?!) how is this fair for a test taker?nearly passing but not passing cause of the system not taking the test taker in mind.I believe this is very weak as this has cost me.</p>

Today my client got an invoice from UPS for \ Import Tax "- The replacement switch that was sent by CISCO is in customs due to a faulty switch that was under warranty. Case Number 636612127<br> <br> 7 x Calls to CISCO CPT branch - NO Answer. When I eventually got to reception they transferred me to a voice machine every time. Eventually they said \"" Call our JHB branch \"" ..<br> 15 x Calls to JHB branch - NO answer.. Eventually when I got through the receptions said \"" we only have 1 x receptionist..\"" They referred me to Vishan Reddy who can assist me in the matter. After I have sent him an e-mail and tried calling another 5 x times I only got an answering machine.... Eventually receptionist transferred me to his mobile. So frustrated I just wanted some assistance to sort my customer out that has CISCO equipment. He told me he is the wrong person "
