PayU fraud attempt… no response from them

Scam alert. I received a one time password from PayU via sms to complete my “transaction”. I’m not making a transaction. Second time this has happened. I’m trying to speak to an agent to stop the transaction but it’s a bit saying “so sorry to hear that”. PayU is sitting with all my banking details and I can’t do anything to stop this attempt at cyber crime. Who is doing this? Where did they get my details from? No answer
