Peach Payments made an error by making me pay the same amount twice. They sent an email saying the payment had been made, but to date, the funds have not been returned to my account.
I have sent proof and followed up repeatedly, yet there is no urgency from their side to fix their mistake. This is completely unacceptable, as it has disrupted my business operations and cash flow.
As a payment provider, they should be prioritising the correction of their own errors immediately — instead, I’m left waiting without answers. I am demanding an urgent resolution and will be escalating this to the Payments Association of South Africa if this is not fixed without further delay.
