I ordered a meal from debonnairs yesterday. The driver never came into our complex to deliver my meal. He just parked outside and waited for the time to lapse and then marked my order as delivered when it was not. I tries calling the driver and he would not answer. I tries texting him and he just ignored my messages. I then contacted uber to request a refund and they are refusing to issue a refund to me saying their driver followed policy. How did their driver follow policy?
Peach Payments made an error by making me pay the same amount twice. They sent an email saying the payment had been made, but to date, the funds have not been returned to my account. I have sent proof and followed up repeatedly, yet there is no urgency from their side to fix their mistake. This is completely unacceptable, as it has disrupted my business operations and cash flow. As a payment provider, they should be prioritising the correction of their own errors immediately — instead, I’m left waiting without answers. I am demanding an urgent resolution and will be escalating this to the Payments Association of South Africa if this is not fixed without further delay.
The service was very quick. The lady assisting me with the rental was very patient even when I had issues with the credit card. She was willing to assist me with calling the bank to resolve my issue. There was hardly any paperwork which I loved. The application process was easy and seamless as there were no mountain of paperwork to get through. The prices are also very reasonable.
Hi, I am hoping I could get some help. I received a phone call from a very bizzarre consultant this even who kept talking to me in Isi Tswane (I am Zulu speaking) despite me replying in English in hopes that she would switch back to English. Anyway, she was advising me of a debt I apparantly owe to MTN. Never have I purchased anything from. MTN. She went on to request my email address which I did advise her off. She said she would send through all the details but its been 5 hours and she has not. I am now worried about this since I have bern a victim of fraud before. Please confirm if this number is indeed from ENC **********
