Subject: Feedback on HokaHalf 2026 Race Experience

Good day,

I'm writing about my experience at the HokaHalf race on 31 January 2026 at Greenpoint Stadium. I initially registered for the 5km but changed to 10km at the expo. Despite emails and promises of an SMS with details, I received nothing.

I completed the 10km in 1h11:05 but haven't received results or a certificate. The website shows nothing under my name. I've tried contacting via WhatsApp (since 7 Feb) and email but got no response, except from ikhambi sales who hasn't followed up.

I'm disappointed given the event's reputation. I'd appreciate help resolving this and getting my results/certificate.
