To: Hollard Insurance & Ethiopian Airlines* Hi hello Peter I am writing this for the second time on your platform with no help weeks later. I am posting here because after almost a month of emails and calls, I am still being sent back and forth between Hollard Insurance and Ethiopian Airlines with no resolution. *Trip details:* I travelled from South Africa to Zanzibar via Ethiopian Airlines, connecting at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport in Zanzibar. On arrival, I found my bag was damaged. *Steps I’ve taken:* 1. Reported the damage immediately at baggage claim in Zanzibar. I was assisted and issued a damage report. *Baggage claim file reference: ZNZET11033/20MAR26/0931GMT* 2. My travel agency, Simply Nexus, advised me to contact my insurer, Hollard, once I returned home. I did so. *Hollard travel claim: HTC00869-03-26* 3. Hollard requested proof of purchase and that the bag was checked in. I went back to the store where the bag was bought, got all documentation, and sent everything Hollard asked for. 4. After submitting all documents, Hollard now says Ethiopian Airlines must pay because I insured my bag with them. 5. I tried contacting Ethiopian Airlines: the email I was given for baggage claims does not work, the phone number doesn’t go through, and the Gmail address I was given has not responded to date. It has been almost a month. I have comp**** with every request from both parties but I am stuck in a loop. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and accountability. *What I want:* 1. For Hollard Insurance and Ethiopian Airlines to urgently engage each other and resolve who is liable. 2. Compensation for my damaged bag as per my policy and the airline’s baggage liability. 3. A direct contact person from both companies who will own this until it is closed. I chose HelloPeter because emails and calls have failed. Please assist. Regards, M S Mahlase

Subject: Feedback on HokaHalf 2026 Race Experience Good day, I'm writing about my experience at the HokaHalf race on 31 January 2026 at Greenpoint Stadium. I initially registered for the 5km but changed to 10km at the expo. Despite emails and promises of an SMS with details, I received nothing. I completed the 10km in 1h11:05 but haven't received results or a certificate. The website shows nothing under my name. I've tried contacting via WhatsApp (since 7 Feb) and email but got no response, except from ikhambi sales who hasn't followed up. I'm disappointed given the event's reputation. I'd appreciate help resolving this and getting my results/certificate. Best regards, Shirley
Good day As a uber rider this was really shocking Yesterday I had a distressing experience with a driver who was supposed to take me from Cape Town International Airport to Century City. Instead, he took me to Rondebosch without my consent. When I questioned him about the route, he claimed he was heading to town, despite my clear instructions to go to Century City. After I expressed my concerns, he made a U-turn and headed back towards Century City. However, when I asked him to take Sable Road, he refused, citing that he wouldn't take that route. "Feeling uneasy and unsure about my safety, I called my partner to inform them of the situation. The driver then made a phone call, claiming to be speaking with Uber, which further escalated my anxiety. I repeatedly asked him to take me to my specified address, but he refused. At one point, I considered jumping out of the car, but the child locks prevented me from doing so. "Eventually, the driver took a turn towards Canal Walk and dropped me off. I was left feeling traumatized and shaken by the experience. I am seeking immediate action to be taken regarding this incident and would appreciate it if the necessary measures could be implemented to prevent such incidents.

Dear Support Team/Vodacom Team, I'm writing to escalate my ongoing issue with vodacom. Despite multiple attempts and a formal request to re-open my ticket, I've received no satisfactory resolution. My issue remains: - ****** iPhone 13 Pro Max - Continued insurance premium payments - Claim rejection without justification I've tried resolving this amicably, but due to the lack of response and resolution, I'm now seeking legal advice to protect my rights. I'd appreciate immediate attention to avoid further action. Sincerely, Shirley
Dear Support Team/Vodacom Team I'm writing regarding my recent ticket( Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-21BL-27OCSM has been closed. Thank you Vodacom)that was closed without resolving my issue. Despite reaching out multiple times, I haven't received a satisfactory solution to my insurance claim. My issue remains unresolved: - ****** iPhone 13 Pro Max - Continued insurance premium payments despite theft - Claim rejection due to SIM transfer I request a direct response regarding: - Claim payment or - Refund of premiums paid since the theft Please re-open my ticket and provide a clear resolution. Sincerely, Shirley
Dear Hello Peter, I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Vodacom's handling of my insurance claim. As a loyal customer for years, I fulfilled my contract for the iPhone 13 Pro Max and had it insured. When I upgraded to a new phone (15 Pro) and transferred my SIM, the 13 Pro Max was unfortunately ******. I reported the theft, opened a case, and even blacklisted the device at Cellucity in N1 City Mall. However, my claim was rejected due to the SIM being transferred to my new phone. What's concerning is that I continued to pay insurance premiums despite the theft, and now Vodacom cites terms and conditions to deny my claim. I find it unfair that they deduct premiums without providing coverage. I request a resolution: either pay my claim or refund the premiums paid since the theft. Sincerely, Shirley
Very bad service had to block their number after they mad a mess on their system and still call me for their own mess. I’ll pay the money in my own terms
Hi there I have a car that I bought 4 years ago T-cross. I have been paying properly and there and there after Covid things starting shaking. But when I miss a payment I’ll make arrangements. I then realised I was not getting my statements for years. I called they said the email captures was wrong. That was fixed. Then I stated getting threatening emails and phone calls telling me I owe 20k my question was when did you realised I owe 20k and what is that for? One consultant said is for last year November. I said please go get your facts right and call me. They come back no is 7k that you missed. My question again to them when I was making arrangements for the one I was paying for why was I not told the is another outstanding? Now that I am almost done paying my car and I have paid my outstanding amount I must be harassed for something they missed? The rude consultants telling me I must learn to look at my statement? What statement when you were sending it to the wrong email? I need them to clear my account and come with the right facts and stop calling me like I am the one at fault. I feel harassed and disrespected
