Poor Service

I recently stayed at Capital Pearls. What supposed to have been a nice stay was actually a disaster. From the time I made this booking till I left.

I was dumped in a room that was not to my satisfaction. The stove and oven was not working. We baked and the caked has to be sent to their kitchen over. The Manager on duty refused to sort the problem. Self catering units should be checked before a client is booked in.
