I bought a desk from Leroy Merlin, they refused to pick up the items for a refund. I also contact Payflex, Playflex won't refund me but instead will return my funds to a wallet and not my bank account. This refund can only be done once Leroy Merlin pick up the desk.
I bought a desk from Leroy Merlin, It has been 3 week I am still waiting for a refund and for them to pick up the desk. They delivered a broken desk.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent purchase, which was delivered on 01st September. The item, a Study Desk, arrived severely damaged. The Fibre glass broken and missing parts. Immediately upon discovering the damage, I called your store and spoke with a lady. She assured me that she would arrange for the damaged desk to be collected and that I would receive a full refund. Since that conversation, I have made multiple attempts to contact her and your store to follow up, but my calls and messages have been ignored. This lack of communication and resolution is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have attached photos of the damaged item for your reference. I request an immediate response to this matter. Please arrange for the collection of the damaged desk and process my full refund as promised. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to the National Consumer Commission. I look forward to your swift action in this matter.
Today we go to Woolworths to purchase an item and you my surprise the assistant tells me I can go to PnP to buy what I require. Instead of walking to the shelve and helping me with what I needed, he just turned me away, Very disappointing
I purchased a vehicle with Yash Rattan from Merc Centurion in Jan 2024. I have been requesting to spare keys since than and all i ever get is making arrangements but nothing gets done about it or even a follow up until I message again. She supposed to make arrangements to get my car to another dealership to sort and this was also not done.

I recently stayed at Capital Pearls. What supposed to have been a nice stay was actually a disaster. From the time I made this booking till I left. I was dumped in a room that was not to my satisfaction. The stove and oven was not working. We baked and the caked has to be sent to their kitchen over. The Manager on duty refused to sort the problem. Self catering units should be checked before a client is booked in.
I have been trying to get assistance with my claim for over 10 months. Clientele has mess up my policy but refused to correct this.

I submitted a funeral claim in Jul 23, since I have not been paid out and it is 2 months later. Clientele says once documents is submitted, payout is 24 hours. I did reached out to Clientele a few times and they always say some will call me back and no word from anyone. Secondly my personal details has not been protected with Clientele this is in breach of the POP act.
