Review of The Pearls of Umhlanga, or Oceans Apartments

We spent R106K on four apartments and had a very disappointing stay. The host Fara was unresponsive despite multiple complaints. The studio units smelled damp, one child even got sick and had to be moved to a hotel. The 1‑bed apartment at The Darm had a torn sofa bed with a missing leg, windows taped shut, and water leaking from the ceiling and walls. Worst of all, there was visible mold in the dining area, bedroom, and en‑suite. For the price paid, the condition and lack of support were unacceptable.
