Review of The Pearls of Umhlanga, or Oceans Apartments We spent R106K on four apartments and had a very disappointing stay. The host Fara was unresponsive despite multiple complaints. The studio units smelled damp, one child even got sick and had to be moved to a hotel. The 1‑bed apartment at The Darm had a torn sofa bed with a missing leg, windows taped shut, and water leaking from the ceiling and walls. Worst of all, there was visible mold in the dining area, bedroom, and en‑suite. For the price paid, the condition and lack of support were unacceptable.
Dear Paul Restaurant at The Neighbourhood Village Linksfield, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service we received earlier today. We've been regulars at your restaurant for breakfast, but our experience today was subpar. We requested a table for 6 in a quieter area, preferably at the back. However, we were told that the back area only had a 4-seater available, despite our party size being accommodated elsewhere in the restaurant. To our surprise, a white family of 5 was seated at the back shortly after, having been moved from their original table. This inconsistency led me to question whether we were treated differently due to our skin color. As a paying customer, I expect equal treatment and service, regardless of my background. I hope you will look into this matter and take steps to ensure that all customers receive fair and equal treatment.
I registered with DCC 2014, after I have registered the course never started due to class not being full. When I queried my deposit it was said that it’s non refundable. They handed me over to the credit bureau for debt owed to them but I have not studied with them. Their phone lines does not work when you contact them. Be careful of this people.
They called my non stop regarding my Nedbank credit card, I was assisted by Refilwe Mthabela. I requested a settlement quote which she send me but after I paid the settlement amount at the end of March, it has been a nightmare trying to get my paid up letter. Every time I call I get told it has been sent to me but I haven’t received anything from them. They keep on escalating the matter to a supervisor but still I haven’t heard or received anything from them. I have made numerous follow up with no success.
Good day. I hd the worse experience ever on friday afternoon in the mall right infront of The Reader. 6 guards walked up to me claiming i been stealing everytime at Relay. I ask the one guard is he sure and he was blatantly rude telling me i should stop talking and go answer questiones at Relay Store where i stole stuff. After a while a sales assistant from relay walk towards us where she told them they have the wrong person and without an apology from the one that was rude they tur ed around and walked away. One came to me and apologise on behalf of that guard. Maybe employ guards and not fly by nights.
Bought popcorn after I ate some thats when i notice the expiry date is 08 July 2018.
<p>very dissapointed in the service, the website state clearly that you will receive your order withon 5-7 business working days, with no communication from zando's side or whatsoever that my order is delayed nothing. on the 10th day i receive my order only after i had to call and send 2 emails to ask what is happening with my order and its past the expected delivery days that is on the website. my previous order arrived on time and i never had problems with them, everybody ask me where i buy clothes online but if this is how zando's treats customers i wont bother to recomment anyone I AM SORRY NOT A CHANCE. Worse part is they did not evens apologise, evens the delivery guys siad i should complain because its not right. thank you for the bad service but io dont think i will buy easily from them again.</p>
