I logged a request on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 @ 14h43 with the Cape Town branch. sent to Brigett Thorne, included I send payment notification so they can see my reference and that I made this payment that I am requesting the refund for. I received a response back from Bridgett on 4 Mar 2021, 09:21 indicating that I have to complete the refund form. I emailed the form back to her as requested on the same day at 4 Mar 2021, 13:34. I also informed her that the 6-8 weeks rule is unacceptable as i require my money within 7 working days as I don't understand why I should wait for my own money for 2 months. I then received an email on 19 Mar 2021, 17:22 requesting bank confirmation letter.(This is 2 weeks later) Bridgette only responded to the bank letter on 23 March 2021 I then asked again when I can expect my refund. I received a response on 29 Mar 2021, 19:51 that Bridgett will be all refunds before Thursday,1 April 2021.and again I was told it will take 6-8 weeks. so tired of this delayed patretic feedback. No Response again from Bridgett and I am suppose to send my 2 daughters to study at an institute like this....seriously considering taking my money elsewhere for 2022.
I then received a call from Bridgett after I requested this in my email and she told me that she will do the refund today to send to the head office. I was so shocked that this was still not being dealt with. I then requested to speak to the campus head and I was told that he will escalate the matter as he was not aware of this and that he will speak to Bridgett.
Lets see how long they will take from Campus head to resolve my refund request. Disgusted customer
