I had a booking for a 4D sonar scan on May 17, 2025. The receptionist informed me that there was availability at 11 AM, so my family and I hurried to the appointment without having breakfast. However, we ended up waiting for an hour and a half before being seen by the doctor. During that time, other patients who arrived after us were called in first.
When it was finally my turn to see the doctor, the scan was unclear. The doctor seemed rushed and announced that the baby was a boy without properly showing us on the screen. Everything felt hurried, and I left feeling as though I had paid for nothing. The doctor was male, but I didn’t catch his name. He didn't guide us through the scan, and the overall experience was not worth the amount I paid. Honestly, you can even see on the sonar printout that everything is blurry.
