I had a booking for a 4D sonar scan on May 17, 2025. The receptionist informed me that there was availability at 11 AM, so my family and I hurried to the appointment without having breakfast. However, we ended up waiting for an hour and a half before being seen by the doctor. During that time, other patients who arrived after us were called in first. When it was finally my turn to see the doctor, the scan was unclear. The doctor seemed rushed and announced that the baby was a boy without properly showing us on the screen. Everything felt hurried, and I left feeling as though I had paid for nothing. The doctor was male, but I didn’t catch his name. He didn't guide us through the scan, and the overall experience was not worth the amount I paid. Honestly, you can even see on the sonar printout that everything is blurry.
I would like to file a complaint against Pedro's Alexandra. Each time I order a full chicken, I receive only half instead. After addressing this issue in-store on multiple occasions without resolution, I visited Pedro's on May 24, 2025, and informed the staff that I had once again been given half a chicken. The two ladies I spoke to exchanged glances and laughed at my complaint. This has happened three times now, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
If you are a student at Hydro International College, you receive an incentive for referring new students, which is mentioned in their pamphlet. However, when you try to claim your incentive, the staff often makes excuses. If you're an ex-student, it's even worse; don’t bother asking about your referral incentive because you likely won't receive it, and you may end up giving up. It was much better when the owner was still around, as she used to immediately sign checks for referrals. Unfortunately, the current staff is unhelpful.
