This was one of the most unprofessional and apathetic experiences I have had at a medical practice. I arrived at 9:40 a.m. and confirmed that the dentist was available. I was told I would be seen “just now.” There was no further communication after that. By 10:00 a.m., nothing. No update. No explanation. Two patients who arrived after me were taken in before me without a single word to clarify why. By 11:00 a.m., I was still sitting there, completely ignored. Waiting over an hour and thirty minutes without communication is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the complete lack of courtesy, urgency, or accountability from the staff. It reflects apathy toward patients and a clear disregard for people’s time. Running a practice requires professionalism, organisation, and basic communication. None of that was demonstrated today. Patients deserve better than being left in a waiting room with no explanation while others are prioritised ahead of them. I will not be returning.

This place has to be the worst on earth so unprofessional, Rude, impatient and no clue how to work with clients!!! Struggled to get through to reception to make an appointment for my pregnant wife just to be yelled at that we can just come and sit they don't do appointments well your web page says differently... i won't recommend at all even if it's the last doctor's on earth!

I would like to applaud and recommend a doctor at Peermed Germiston (Dr Reddy S Naidu). She's one of the best doctors ever. Shes always on point and has so much respect for patients. Very professional too. I've been with her since 2015. I moved from Germiston currently staying in Vereeniging but I still drive to germiston to be treated by her as I don't take time to heal when she diagnose me. I just thank people like her. God bless her.🙏🙏

@Peermed Health Centre Germiston, what a bad experience my mom and sister had on friday the 18th July 2025. one female indian doctor by the name (Dr Reddy Naidu) treated them bad and didnt even take the initiative to have care when catering for them. Most people have been complaining about her treatment and nothing has @Peermed Health Centre Germiston done about it. She put my mom life in more danger,by not even checking previous records.she gave her pills which she is allergic to. the treatment and rudeness when my sister was addressing her was out of this world.i dont know why does @Peermed Health Centre Germiston keep such unfriendly personel

I had a booking for a 4D sonar scan on May 17, 2025. The receptionist informed me that there was availability at 11 AM, so my family and I hurried to the appointment without having breakfast. However, we ended up waiting for an hour and a half before being seen by the doctor. During that time, other patients who arrived after us were called in first. When it was finally my turn to see the doctor, the scan was unclear. The doctor seemed rushed and announced that the baby was a boy without properly showing us on the screen. Everything felt hurried, and I left feeling as though I had paid for nothing. The doctor was male, but I didn’t catch his name. He didn't guide us through the scan, and the overall experience was not worth the amount I paid. Honestly, you can even see on the sonar printout that everything is blurry.
