Peermed pretoria is by far the worst. I went to consult at 10:41 i waited until 12:35 waited at the dispensary until 13:00 i didnt even take my medication because i waited so long the dr was still with my script. It was the first tike i go there and find two drs but still they were still slow. They should hire more dr we cant sit in pain waiting fir dr and sit in pain waiting for the medication
I think its only fair to let clients know that estimated waiting time is 1 hour. I have been on the que since 10:41 and its now 12:00. The service here is terrible. They keep taking us out from the que and taking us where there is no one to assist. If they have staff shortage they should hire.
Came to Ansa branch in quagga centre Pretoria west. Two absa officials took me out from the que and took me to the ATM when i hot to the ATM they disappeared in me then i had get inside and i had take another que. they keep asking if funds are available and i tell them it is. The service is this branch has never became fruitful you wait in the que for atleast an hour before one can assist you. This branch is terrible with its officials
I have been staying with Afcho since October 2021. When i moved in everything seemed Ohk in the unit i occupied, until it started to rain and there seemed to be a leakage in the roof which let to the electric wires getting wet by the rain it let to the tripping of electricity which i was charged pay. Why should i pay fir the tripping of electricity when i am the one who caused the electricity to trip. I then occupied another unit in the same complex when i occupied the room the security door was not closing properly, shower door not closing i had ti always mob the floor whenever i finished bathing, i reported it and it took them a good 3 months to replace it. In that being said the security gate was fixed i called and complained to the call centre agent since i felt my staff was not safe they came and fixed the security gate that was not closing when i moved in i was later charged R 495.00 the security gate that was not carelessly ruined my me, R341 for the tripping of electricity, i spoke to Pieter Uys who said they do not charge the tenant any electrical issues but here i am charged. I visited their office in Johannesburg on the 01 February 2023 i spoke to one Pieter Uys who i was informed that he deals with the invoices for Gold park the complex i stay in. I sent him all that he requested and said he will reverse the funds ti date i am still waiting, i have a child who is suck i need to upgrade my medical aid i cant because no one wants to help me at Afhco to reverse those funds. I call Afcho almost every day and the respond is always the same we will ask Pieter Uys to call you. 29 days later today i am still waiting. I asked the area Manager Peter Hlongwane who didnt even want to listen to any of my issues and assist me. I called him with my number he doesnt answer i call with a private number he answer's. Come month end before the 1st of each month my rent is paid. I hope hello Peter would help me resolve this. Maybe they will assist when my child is dead, or when i can no longer pay for my child medical aid.
