HiFi Corporation WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
I ordered an item and received a message that it was delivered. When I called they said it's just an automated message, my parcel will be delivered same day. Today it's the 3rd day. I'm still waiting for my parcel.

0 STAR FOR EVOLVE ONLINE SCHOOL
I app**** for space for my child at Evolve Online School and paid their R300 non refundable application fee. I had to run after them asking for an updated regarding my child's application. 3 days in a row I called and was told the person I need to speak to is on the phone and will get back to me, they never got back to me. They sent an email the day they decided to show up to the party, asked me for documents I've supp**** ages ago. Now they are just quiet and not saying anything. I want my application fee back because you lack customer service and honesty.

Standard Bank does not protect customer information.
This morning when I went to unlock my gate at 6h30 I found my summons documents on the gate for every passerby to read. No envelope or anything. My name, surname, ID number and address bare on the 1st page. What happens to my privacy as a customer? I don't mind being summoned, just do it right and protect my information.

CAPITEC ALBERTON TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Capitec Atm at Alberton gave me R200 less on the money I was withdrawing. That was on the 18th of October. To this day I'm still running after them to pay back my money. I keep getting "give us 7 days to work on your query". What nonsense is that?

High Ten Signature Mall@Carnival
This beautiful lady just assisted me to choose nails. Her service didn't just end and helping me choose but also gave advice on how to install and the do's and dont's. Her smile suited her beautiful face. This is what we call expeptional customer service. Signature, give that woman a raise🥳.

WELL DONE JET STORE MALL @CARNIVAL
I went to Jet Store at Carnival Mall and got an exceptional service. From when I entered at the door, I was helped by a warm lady who tried all issible solutions toke sure I get help. She had blondish dreadlocks if I'm not mistaken. I didn't get her name. When I got to the till, the lady who works at the far right till was also just as great. She was patient and made sure I leave the store helped. Big ups to you two ladies. You are the best thing that has ever happens to Jet.
