HUMAN HAIR IN PENNY LANE FROZEN RASPBERRIES

On opening a packet of Penny Lane Raspberries the first handful I removed was attached to another clump by human hair. I removed a 2nd clump and that too had human hair surrounding the frozen raspberries. I tool photos of the hairs and berries, emailed them and CC'd the shop where I had bought them. Two days later I have still received zero response from Penny Lane. However the shop where I had purchased them have contacted me every day with sincere kindness even though they were completely innocent in this matter. One would have thought that Penny Lane would have responded to my emails, even if to tell me they are investigating the matter. To date.... not a word from Penny Lane!!
