Deposit issue

This company is a **** no offices the address takes you to a bridge in cape game. Arie refuse to pay my deposit he has been avoiding my calls and letter lie that the paid my money in my account. Tried calling asking for proof of payment and up telling me that he is on leave he has network issues now he is not even answering my calls i lost my deposit and internet i wouldn't recommend anyone to rent to this guy he is very unprofessional.
