Totally disgusted

Total mess up with domestic and international bookings. Standing at OR Tambo - no wheelchair in sight. Totally inappropriate seat booked to Heathrow. This is for my 75 year old aunt. Disgusted

Many thanks for getting back to me regarding the above issue and establishing that it appears that there may have been miscommunication with regards to the wheelchair booking. I understand that Pentravel are not responsible for the seat booking - something that I wrongly assumed that they were. Please do contact my Aunt directly to hear her account of this booking as I responded as a third party to a very frustrating situation. Once again, thank you so much for your prompt response. I was really impressed with your quick and professional explanation. Unfortunately, I am unable to amend my bad review, neither am I in a position to until my Aunt has been consulted. However, I am almost certain that this will be amicably concluded.
