I joined the gym in November 2020, have not made use of the gym since joining... Debit order goes off every month, my account is blocked due to 1 missed payment. Perfect health has not made contact with me to arrange that i catch up with this 1 missed payment nor have they had any interest as to why I have not yet made use of the gym.
I sent emails, visited the gym still have not heard back.
